Increase athletic performance in your sport

Our Sports Performance program focuses on training athletes to increase their rate of force/power production, coordination, and explosiveness which will carry over to increased excellence in their respective sport.  We utilize the Olympic weightlifting movements, teaching them in a safe and progressive manner, always working proper form and body mechanics over the weight on the bar.  Athletes will learn to more efficiently move and utilize their bodies with the lifts and receive more specialized programming to carry-over to their individual sport.
