Our Strength and Conditioning Programs is for anyone looking to be more fit, get stronger and stay healthy.
Our Strength and Conditioning program, headed by our Director of Strength and Conditioning, Coach Brandon Ostrander, and Head Coach of Strength and Conditioning, Casey McCarty, is a perfect choice for those looking to improve their general health and fitness levels.
These two incredible mentors share a great authority of knowledge in the most current practices to safely and effectively increase a person’s strength and ability and care greatly for their clients on an individual basis.
We offer one-on-one personal training sessions, along with coach-lead group classes available to accommodate personal preference of achieving your fitness goals.
We offer class times for our Strength and Conditioning Program! The times are as Follows:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 4:45 PM
This program includes unlimited gym access, strength and conditioning programming, coaching and spotting whenever needed.
$125 per month
We also offer custom programming, one on one coaching and remote coaching options. Message us for more information and rates.
